Clear the codes (they could have been there a while), see what comes back and note what your system voltage is.

I have tried several times n for some reason the codes will not clear... I had AutoZone check my battery and alt n the system was at .14.4 if memory served me correct! Lol
Also I had put a new o2 sensor when I put the car back together. What really gets me is the 51 code.

Your not going to easily cure 51 by clearing it. That is a checksum error. Corrupted calibration error or one of the two flash chips failing.

what kind of scanner are you using?
i bought and then returned a innova scanner awhile back and it gave me all the wrong codes. I ordered one of the obd1 usb cables and used datamaster on my laptop to scan it and instead of having 9 codes that made no sense i only got 4 codes.

IDK what is up with the Innova scanners, but I have seen lots of people with weird results from them. I'd use something else.

I done see a few different post where them innova scanners r junk. What I'm gonna do is swap the pcm out with another this weekend n see if anything changes... Now I do have a 52 mm throttle body n bbk shorties on the car now. Do u think that the bbk suck n burning up them new 02 sensors? Because I'm gettin a lean n rich code which is weird to me. I done checked everything else I been throwing parts at it since day one. Also this is my first ob1 car n I been lookin into buying a USB n get some software to look over anything. Which would be the best to get?

I'm pretty sure this is the one you need. Maybe someone else can chime in to help confirm. My car is a 94 with OBD1 and this was the cable i needed.
