The motor was rebuild prior to all of the go fast parts being installed. The block sent to a machine shop, bearings replaced, factory cranked cleaned up ect ect. The car is at a very reputable tuner right now for tuning but the car is running too lean on bank 2 to put it on a dyno. He has had the car for three weeks now trying to chase down the issue. He has checked everything that could possibly cause this lean issue. Vacuum leak, exhaust leak, played with the tune, speed density doesn't change it either. The next thing maybe is a timing issue with the reluctor and cam sensor maybe? Also the wiring harness and the motor work check out fine. I know this seems like another piece of **** lt1 with weird issues but I spent a lot of money making sure everything was done right. And the tuner has been doing this for a very long time so he knows what he is doing, so that's why it seems to be a bit more complicated. Thanks for listening to my rant.
person has similar issue but they never stated their solution

Has the tuner put a IR gun on the primaries to look for a dead cylinder? If not then you need to take your car elsewhere.
A lot of mediocre vendors get great reviews because they are nice and their customers can't separate nice from good work. So just because you think you have good parts and a good tuner doesn't mean you have good parts and tuner.
