Failing PCM???

Failing PCM??? At the track this weekend I logged one of my runs and discovered numerous DTC codes. Some of them happened more than once. I have never seen this before. The car ran great and still runs fine. Here is a list of them in the order they appeared during a seven minute time span:

41 EST Open
65 Right O2 Rich
37 Brake Switch Stuck On
23 MAT Low
55 Fuel System Lean
85 TCC Stuck On
66 A/C Press Sensor Open/Short
14 Cool Temp High
46 Fuel Enable [VATS] Fail
16 Lo-Res Fail
71 A/C Evap Sensor Failed
22 TPS Low
99 Tach Ouput Circuit Fault
32 EGR System Fault
68 A/C Relay Shorted
51 EPROM/Flash Checksum Fail
Codes:

Reset the PCM (disconnect the battery for awhile) and see which ones are active/which ones reoccur. Old codes will be cleared. It's hard for me to believe that all of those codes happened at once.

Looks similar to what mine did recently:
MALF 32: EGR System Fault
MALF 48: MAF fail
MALF 36: Hi-Res Fail
CODE 16 Lo-Res FAIL
MALF 51: EPROM/Flash Checksum Fail
MALF 42: EST GROUNDED
MALF 41: EST OPEN
malf 46: FUEL ENABLE (VATS) FAIL
MALF 15: COOLANT TEMPERATURE LOW
Kind of just random codes, some of which don't make sense (EGR and VATS are disabled)
I ended up tightening up the battery cables, both ground and where the positive runs to the junction with multiple cables. After that I haven't thrown another code.
Think i had a poor connection there and the PCM was flaking out because of it.
May not be your issue, but just something to check

I found something last night. I was looking at the wiring on the MSD 6A box and noticed one of the wires that plugs into the coil was frayed. When I went to remove it the wire broke in half so I removed the whole box. It never did anything anyway. I will log data in the next day or so to see if that was it.
