Default Torn between 2 paint schemes! Opinions?

Just picked up an original WS6 hood and Im down to 2 different paint schemes. Both will have "383" where "ram air" usually is, but I cant decide between this Lingenfelter scheme - http://oi55.tinypic.com/5l99p0.jpg

Or the traditional black bird stripes - http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h1...t/P1020524.jpg

The hood will be orange (This is for the orange car in my avatar), and the blackbird stripes or the middle raised portion would be black. Im really leaning towards the Lingenfelter look at this point. What do you guys think?

I have attached a few pics of my car to get a reference.

Not liking the gold and black. Seems dated these days.

Not my cup of tea personally. I mean its extremely clean but not aesthetically pleasing to me. If I were you I would do the stripes along the side of the scoop. That would look pretty sharp

The black and gold hurst edition scheme is one of my favorites.
But black and orange = mopar and or Halloween.
The blackbird scheme in black would look cool. Or all orange.
Just my opinion.

BB stripes is my vote! But agree that black on orange maybe too Halloween-ish. What about white?

The smaller black bird strips for the loud orange color. The big hood "graphic" is too loud with orange.

Eh, black bird it is then since no one on here, or in person has voted for the big Lingenfelter stripe.

The Lingenfelter stripe would look good if it was in black. You can not go wrong with the black bird stripes though.

Hurst style if the car was black, white or even silver. Orange I'd go blackbird stripe and leave off the 383. I'm sure the car makes plenty sound to warrant not advertising the cubes

don't know where this came from.

I say the stripe. The other one is blah. Reason I say that is because there is no other color on the body beside a BIG blob in the middle of the hood.

The bottom of the back bumper is black. And it will have black bird decals, and black Trans Am on the lower door emblems, and black door handles. So the theme is orange and black.

How about simply the numbers "383" without any stripes at all?

I think I need more than that to break up the orange.

I vote blackbird stripes, but instead of black or white, what do you think about a darker shade of silver?

Well the rest of the car is already orange and black. I have always liked orange and black but orange and silver is alright too.
