Advance Diagnostics Been ignoring this surging but have been paying more & more attention to it lately. Its only a small surge at idle that drops about 50-100rpms every 2 seconds or so. Its not a constant surge, more of a random surge that happens every 2-4 seconds. Its not the wires because they have been replaced not too long ago. All are pushed in pretty good and fire in all 8. I doubt that is the issue because I had arching on wire 7 a few months and turned out to be number 7 wire was burnt. I replaced that and smooth idle, well certainly a lot smoother to where I wasnt paying attention to the small surge NOW. No arching anymore!
Can anyone give me a rundown on what to check as far as a problem that could be a number of problems.
