Hard Plastic Vacuum line ???

Hard Plastic Vacuum line ??? I have attached a picture of a hard plastic vacuum line that I'm trying to figure where it goes to. It comes from the driver's side of the intake manifold. It is a hard black plastic line, once near the throttle body it makes a 90 degree bend. It almost looks like it goes to the coil ??? I deleted the air injection system, could it had been a part of the system, so should I just cap it off ??? I hope that my description and picture can help identify this vacuum line. Thanks.

Looks like it used to go to an air pump solenoid: http://shbox.com/1/air_pump_recall.jpg
I'd just cap it off at the nipple on the intake manifold.
