Jet dst tuner

Hi I brought a jet dst tuner about 3 mounts ago and it crashed in the middle of a tune the first time I tried it. I got a new computer and it worked so I waited awhile before trying it again and went to do it to day again and it crashed. It said widows trying to resolve problem and it fried another pcm. My question is does anyone know why it keeps crashing, and if anyone has and likes the jet dst. I know what I am doing tuning wise if the thing would just hook up and not crash mid tune. any help would be appreciated.

i have jet dst on an xp laptop. it runs fine but had some initial problems when it would not connect with the pcm. after that was fixed 2 yrs ago, its been rock solid.
