Default Idling issue on 95 z28

Alright, so the motor is a 93' and I updated the wiring when I switched the auto for a t56. Now Im having some idle issues. Before I replaced the O2's, it would struggle and die after it went into closed loop. After replacing them, it's much better, but still has a bit of hesitation at idle (it no longer struggles and dies though). I have checked the maf, and it works fine. Also extensively checked wiring, and everything is fine. However, I did cheap out and rewired the iac. I used a 93 pigtail on the 95 wiring, and i have triple checked to make sure it is wired correctly. Could there be differing signals between a 93' and 95' iac that is making it act up? Or should I check elsewhere?
