Default O2 sensors???

So I have been doing some tinkering around with my car. I have been stumped on a stuttering, bucking, hesitation type issue at cruising speed, 40-45, 1500 rpm. If I unplug the front O2s (rear deleted), it runs pretty good. Ill add that they are both relatively new sensors, AC delco, purchased in October for the dyno tune. Ideas????

Ill also add that I had a new wideband O2 sensor go out on the passenger side. I have monitored them, If I could remember the voltage would go something like this:
1, 2, 1, 8, 6,2,.......
Not sure if its supposed to go rich then lean RIGHT away or not, but IF I remember right, Id say the voltage was lower more, but I cant be sure, its been a few days since I monitored it. Seemed to be the same for both sides.

Should the voltage go below .2v? I was just reading on a google search that they should read between .2-.8v? I saw mine dip down below .1v on a few occasions?

Try to check the grounds, they all tie together. mine had a ground short and would go in and out of closed loop. took forever to find it then when fixed it was perfect.

Any clues on where the grounds are? Are you talking about the ground strap on the driver side near headlight sorta?

Google helped. Looks like I got one by the starter, the battery, ground strap. Any more?

If I recall correctly they all go to the bolt on the head that holds the coil.
i'll look up the schematic to make sure.

Looks like it shows 4 grounds that tie in at the same place, any idea where that may be?

Can anyone tell me if the voltage on the O2s is supposed to jump from high voltage to low voltage quickly? Is it common to show a few low readings, then high, and so forth?

The sensor output voltage is supposed to rapidly fluctuate from low to high. A sensor that fails to do so is considered a "lazy" sensor and will typically cause a code to be set as its laziness worsens.
