need help please with a wot problem

my car at 5k rpm kinda bounce back and goes up to shift??
car info 96 trans am cc305, headers ,3000 stall,
I just rebuilt motor
new opti, wires , plugs,
swaped coil and mass air still no change
what could be causing this

Did you ever get the PCM tuned after this just having the motor rebuilt? Was the cam installed in it before or during the rebuild?

More details are needed here as mentioned. Codes?

Well your description doesn't really make sense, we can't help you out if you don't go into full detail of the problem.
Just saying "my car at 5k rpm kinda bounce back and goes up to shift??" doesn't make any sense, what can we determine from that?
