Please Help!! 
The top picture shows a hole in the firewall. Is there supposed to be something that goes in there?
The bottom one is a connector that I had ziptied to my B&M shifter and I cannot locate the plug that is supposed to go into it. Is it necessary to have? I feel like it drove just fine and I don't think it ever was really doing anything.

Pretty sure there is a bolt in that hole on my car.
The park/neutral switch should be hooked up so that your PCM knows the difference when you are in gear or not. One difference it makes is for idle speed.

Is that still effective if I'm doing the 24x swap? Will that be a problem with the PCM? I'm pretty sure that the plug was removed by someone that removed some wiring for weight reduction for me.
