Default Electrical Issues

So I finally get my brakes and suspension back in the car and I'm ready to fire her up for the first time since the tear down and when I first get in the car the lights are very dim and it acts like the battery is dead and the entry dings ding really fast. The battery is not very old and when I hooked it up to a charger it read 100% charged already. So I disconnected the battery and reconnected it and now whenever the battery is connected one of the headlights makes a knocking noise so I'll disconnect it and the other one will start to knock until I disconnect it. I checked the ground by the battery, by the passenger motor mount and by knock sensor as well as on the drivers side head. I'm at a loss so any input would be much appreciated. It did fire up about a month ago before I got it up on stands to replace the front suspension, brakes and tires.

Even though the battery shows 100% it may be bad when it comes to cold cranking amps. Had kinda the same issue with my battery. It would be completely charged but wouldn't start my car unless I jumped it. Car ran fine, turned it off, then wouldn't start again. Got a new battery and then everything was fine. As for the lights, not sure about the noise you're talking about. If you have a TA it could be the head light motors. If thats the case replace the head light motor gears with brass ones or you can try to spin the stock ones 180's.

Just dropped the battery off at AutoZone and it tested at 8V with 0% charge. So we'll see how it took a charge when I pick it up after work.

Bad cells in the batt can cause pretty weird issues.. and cause the charger to false peak.

The battery ended up good...charged to 100% at 12.7V. Put the battery in and she started right up.

That's a good question. I think my charger may be broken. I'm not sure why else it would register it as 100% when it had nothing at all. I'll be picking up a deltran battery tender this week since it will only get driven once a week or so depending on the weather.
