Default installed rear now it vibrates

Not sure if this is in the correct section but I bought a strange s60 with the driveshaft Installed everything and now I have a bad vibration under at around 30 mph I have umi adj LCA adj TA adj PB everything is brand new. Could it be my driveshaft angle causing the vibration ? Any input appreciated I did a search and found most people have vibration at higher speeds while mine is under 40 ( I don't know if it clears up past 40 I didn't try risking it )

Yes, check your pinion angle and fix it.

^^^That is the primary cause, next would be not getting the rear u-joint cap seated in the pinion yoke all the way. It is easy to get this wrong!

I'm running the stock torque arm with a S60 with no vibes. I think I measured the pinion angle at neg .5 degree. Have notes at home, will check later and get back if different.

It is most likely pinion angle, as mentioned above. However, I have an S60 on my 99 and the torque arm bracket in the rear contacts the tunnel because of how much bigger the rear is. It causes a vibration throughout the body at certain speeds. You might have the same issue if you are lowered like I am. You just need to BFH the tunnel to clear out some room. I really need to do that soon.

I was told about the hitting the tunnel and I used a bfh to clear some room maybe I didn't go big enough I will look at it Tom and see if it is contacting the body thanks for the input guys
