LT1 Unknown Idle/Throttle Problem??

LT1 Unknown Idle/Throttle Problem?? Hey guys, hope you're enjoying your weekend. I got a 95 Formula LT1. The issue I'm having is weird. I will turn the key over, 70% of the time it fires up fine, other times I have to give it full gas for it to fire up, once it fires up I have to let go of the gas right away. If I give it any gas less than full throttle, it will stall. If I give it full throttle, it will dip down to 200rpm and then catch back up and run like a cammed carb'd BBC, pissed off. I've noticed when I don't need to give full gas to start, it will idle high, and if I tap the gas lightly the throttle dips for a moment about 200rpm before increasing.
When I'm driving: It won't stall at all, but when I am driving this only happens momentarily if anything. I will be leaving a stop light lets say, rather than a drag or hesitation in the engine, it feels like someone is stomping on the throttle, the car will lurch forward and cause accidental burnouts
If I'm in 6th gear at 70 its horrible, the high gear makes it hard on the engine when it wants to go full throttle, the whole car shakes, but it keeps trying to accelerate full throttle in 2 second pulses, so not full out brick on the gas pedal, but a fluttering of the throttle.
What the hell is is this?? I've replaced:
