Exhaust Question. I don't know if anyone has a answer to this question but I want to run a set of pacesetter long tube headers with a y pipe to a single cat back to Borla exhaust system. Will this pass emissions or not? Phoenix area.

No, it will not. Move to Casa Grande. No emissions there.
Unless you find a really really good LT1 tuner that can tuner your car right before you go to the emission test, then tune it back afterwords.

there is a guy that can do it. PCM For less. look him up. I have a 1996 buick roadmaster wagon lt1 383 w lt4 heads intake and hot cam, 6 speed with no cat,egr,airpump or any other emission parts on it and i pass every time.

It's possible, but much more difficult with the cam he has vs yours.
