Default LT1 runs rich after open loop

After heads and cam swap the car cranks perfict and runs great. The idle slowly raises to 1400-1500 rpm and will stay. After car warms up and goes into open loop it starts dumping fuel and you cant keep the car running. You can cut the car off and wait 10 minutes and it will crank and run fine for 5 minutes and will start dumping fuel again.
Mods are cam, afr heads, ported intake, 58mm throttle body, headders, 37#injectors, 255 fuel pump.
New: coolant temp sensor, iac, coil, opti spark, plugs and wires

check the TPS . seems that you may have the idle set screw too high causing the throttle blades to be open too much. You should have a TPS voltage reading at about 0.56 volts at idle with an IAC reading around 50.

It may be trying to "learn" the IAC. Is it a low cost aftermarket part?
