Need some wireing help before i part this project out. Short version-
I have a 1994 Z28 that started life as a auto. It now sits as a t56 swap with a 24x conversion that I repined a 94 t56 harness for using a brand new 411 PCM. My tuner loaded in a base tune using his 02 35th SS auto. Pretty sure he did not shut the VATS off either.
My issues consist of-
1- Car will not crank what so ever, fuel pump will not prime either.
2- I have power at the OBll port but can not communicate with the PCM
This was supposed to be a 1 year project that has turned into a 4 year project since life got in the way ( had a kid, got engaged, bought a house and changed jobs) but I need this car to show me some sings of wanting to run or I will be breaking it down and parting everything out and putting the car in storage and forget about it.

Sounds like the PCM is missing power somewhere. Make sure the pink wires have 12v with key on and orange are 12v all the time. The check engine light should come on and bulb check with key on if the PCM is powered up. Vats signal is the same so should be okay.
