Speedometer not working after EFI Connection 24x conversion
Like the title, says: tach and all other gauges working correct, but not speedo. HP tuners shows correct speed too. Do I maybe need to swap to ls1 speedo? cant find any info. Thanks!

I couldnt get mine calibrated with HP tuners and the tuner with 24x. They wanted me to use a speedo convertor box (dakota if i remember right) I think the pulses are different in LS1 cluster if I remember. I remember it not working at all and the tuner changed something and it worked.
I think the speed sensor was in the differential on the vette (my LS1 PCM for 24x) and on the trans for my t56. This was way different readings to the speedo.

The LS1 PCM sends a VSS signal from the RED PCM connector, pin 50. This is a DK GRN/WHT wire. The wire is terminated at connector C220 (10 cavity white connector under the dash) cavity G. This is where the engine harness ends.
From there, the wire goes through the dash harness and to the instrument cluster.
The PCM calibration has settings for two VSS outputs. The PRIMARY VSS output is PCM RED connector, pin 50. The SECONDARY VSS output is PCM RED connector, pin 49. Forget I even mentioned the SECONDARY VSS output. It is not used in your vehicle. Be sure your VSS settings are correct in the PCM calibration. If the VSS PID (while driving) is displaying the correct vehicle speed and the primary VSS setting is correct, then your speedometer should indicate vehicle speed.
This is a bizarre issue. I've never heard of someone having this trouble before.

Thank you for the help everyone. Got it resolved finally. on the pug c220 "G" and "J" wires were crossed on efi connection harness (They are the same color grn with white stripe). after switching them around everything works as it should.
