LT1 Nitrous Activation Problem

LT1 Nitrous Activation Problem I finished wiring up my wet nitrous kit and it's not spraying at WOT. I wired it up exactly like the diagram below. I am using the Mallory 685 box and FPSS. When I flip the switch to arm the nitrous system the light turns on and the purge works, but the nitrous won't activate at WOT. I have the window switch set at 3000-6000 rpms. I tested both the new fuel and nitrous solenoids before I installed them and they were working fine. If anyone has any good ideas of where to start looking or checking please let me know!
Have the car off and set the window switch to 0 rpms. pull the fuel pump fuse and unhook the nitrous line from vehicle have someone in the car with the key in the on position engine off and press the gas pedal to the floor and see if the system kicks on. Or test the electrical wires while this is happening to see what isn't getting power/ground.
Is the fuel solenoid activating? That will isolate it to a nitrous side issue or a system issue. I know mine is def noticeable when the nitrous doesn't activate (like bottle off, don't ask how I know...) as it loads up with fuel and falls on its face.
