I was wanting to know were to get my hot wire from. dose the air pump circuit sound ok If i use it before the relay? I don't have the air pump any more i was going to change it for a 10a fuse and use that just second guessing my self.

I used a relay under the hood and used a keyed source from my fuse block in the car to power mine. Has worked great for years.
