I been having problem trying to get my 94 lt1 6 speed Camaro I was going to bypass the vats but I was wandering before I did I bought the car non running so Im not sure about the security light when I turn the key on is the security light suppose to go off before starting or does it turn off once the car has started the security light is on but not flashing

 

you ask for help but your not following through, the info you are asking for is available at the link I gave you in your other thread. go there, go to how to's, item 25 and read. that website has all the info you will probably ever need to diagnose and repair your LT1.

 

I looked at it after the post and thats not it ive put hours into researching and cant come up with my problem im not sure were else to look

 

The security light shuts off after a few seconds with the key on. It should not remain lit nor should it flash.
