Default NOS + Turbo

hey everyone. My current set up is a 2 bolt main forged 383 9:1 cr, cc305 stock heads and intake hand ported. arp studs top to bottom. gt45 80mm rear mount. Im wanting to get a little more power out of the hole so i was thinking a 100hp wet shot. Any ideas on this? how strong are stock main caps? what issues can I run into? anything you can tell me that might help me would be great.

here is a link I wanted to get. I figure this will give me that instant HP while I wait for that rear mount to spool. I can even run less boost to keep it around 700rwhp mark. I do worry about the 2 bolt stock main caps even with the arp studs. btw im also shifting around 6k to be easier on the main caps as well.

thanks Moe. Im being real safe with the tune. I run a 1000cc nozzle and a 500cc nozzle for meth and a aem progressive controller as well. im on a stock pcm with a 2 bar tune. At 15 psi im at high 10s on the afr with meth spraying and 25 deg timing. I never see knock on the log and my plugs look to be ok. I know you do some tuning. I can send you the tune from Jet DST if you want to take a look. Im a self tought tuner so I could be missing something.

A 50 shot is enough to give you lots of cooling and extra HP. You could run E85 with the nitrous in a standalone system that would give you more octane and be able to run less meth.

I run a small 35-40 shot on my supercharged truck and it really drops the IAT2 temps. The same shot in an NA application is going to net you more HP on a Boosted Setup.

Oh ok that makes sense. So maybe only a 50hp shot is needed. Good call on that. I cant get e85 too easy so I was going to run it on the gas tank fuel. I can just "T" into the fuel line correct? I think my twin intake 255s can handle the task.

You can pull from the valve on the fuel rails at the back by the Fuel pressure regulator.
