Default Need help with injectors

I need to replace my 30# SVO injectors with 40 + #er's

I am in the process of doing the 24x conversion and am ordering the new harness from BP Automotive. Should I change to EV6 injectors? And will they fit my LT1 fuel rail?

What would you recommend and why?

Thanks

Why do you think you need bigger injectors?
30lbs is enough for 500rwhp NA, ignore the scan tool duty cycle and the commonly quoted 85% rule.

I have found the ebay special 36lb injectors I got for 70-80 a set work decent, but I cant say how long they will last. The ones I got would need spacers, and wiring adapters to fit an LT1.

The reason I have seen for the (% depending on who you talk to) 80% rule of thumb is for possible future mods so you don't need to buy even more injectors.

What nitrous kit?
LT1 scan tool injector duty cycles are wildly inaccurate so I don't care if it says 80% 85% 110% is is just wrong so ignore it. Real world results show a 500rwhp NA A4 LT1 is fine with 30lbs injectors.

A dry shot might warrant an increase in injector size depending on how it triggers enrichment, if it jacks fuel pressure like say Zex then the injectors will just act bigger due to the increased fuel pressure. If it is trying to handle all the extra fueling at standard fuel pressure by some other means that causes the injectors to open longer and you already have more than 350rwhp then an injector upgrade might be warranted.

I am sure, you won't like this response but the posts you have made sofar really make you seem like you need more help than you are asking for.

Over 350 @ the wheels. Haven't chosen the nitrous kit yet. Doing alot of changing over the winter and want to have it as close to perfect when she hits the road again.

I am having the harness made by BP and have to determine which injector plug to have. I want to get varying opinions to help me make up my mind. I do need bigger injectors, so now is the time to change.
