Default Hard start after sitting 2days?

I've driven or started my 94 z28 almost every day since I bought it last June and after getting a winter car last week I let it sit over the weekend. I go to start it this morning and the damn thing took three tries to fire it up and it ran like **** till I blipped the gas. I got to fix this before I store it for winter.

Try priming the fuel pump a couple times before starting it, fuel pump might not be holding pressure.

I just had the pump and filter done last year so it should be fine, i always prime the pump out if habit anyway.

I would check fuel pressure when you hit the key. New doesn't always mean good, especially if you put a cheap parts store pump in it.

..and pull the rubber elbow from FPR after it does start (motor off) and check for any signs of fuel in/on nipple. If so FPR is bad

and as noted a FP gauge should be part of your tool box
