Thx for elaborating here Ed. It took some effort to get it out'a ya. He says hes over 28* at cruise below 2000rpm where it pops and gets jerky. I still think thats kinda high but then i dont have a CC503 cam. And poping means retarded timing to me but hes dialed it to 50* so retarded timing is out.
Problem here is hes not getting any codes. OBD II has archives for misfire, and events that dont set the DTC and check light. I think mode 7 PIDs show this. Mode 5 and 6 gives monitor test results. U need a good scanner AdsoYo.

Well how 'bout the O2 sensor? Could they be used up? How many miles on the O2's? Time to replace the O2's? BTW mode 5 would show O2/Lamba test results.

My scanning capability consists of hptuners and my Aeroforce Interceptor scan gauge when I'm not using the laptop. O2 sensors are good, only 26,000 miles on them. I experience the jerking in open loop too, just not as bad. So far the things that have helped with smoothness the most (as far as I can tell) were changing eoit, disabling cracker in the cruising cells and flattening the follower curve so IAC doesn't move around as much, and fattening the mixture.

I feel like low RPM/light throttle surge & jerk is super common but I'm having a horrible time finding a solution for this.

Right now I have my O2 switch points set to 809 mV and that feels smooth. I just keep seeing people post about how the CC503 is mild and shouldn't have bucking issues. Any tuning advice would be appreciated.

Why 809mV when 450mV is normal/stoichiometric? 900mV is max for narrow band O2.

If u want to test the O2's try pulling a vac line and start an intake leak to verify the O2's go low voltage for lean indication. Then feed some propane in that line and watch to see the O2's voltage go high for a rich indication.
