NewOrleansLT1, if was reading the HP and Tork specs correctly, the motor in stock for has 405 bhp and 385 lb.-ft....if thats in fact correct im happy with just running the engine stock....

While the LT5 is cool and rare, you're not going to get that thing to run in an Fbody without tons of money into wiring and other odds and ends. The only Fbody i've ever seen an LT5 in it was a 3rd gen camaro. The LT5 doesn't have anything in common with the LT1/LT4 except for bore spacing and displacement. It's a DOHC 5.7L that was built by Mercury Marine. Not to mention, people want a premium for an LT5 engine.

I doubt you have an LT5, a quick googling says a gasket kit alone is almost $900 for one.

Get a pic of your actual engine.

Your kinda right but here is the engine in more detail, It was an all-aluminum 5.7 L (349 cu in) small-block V8, but was thoroughly different from any of the other Chevrolet 350 engines. The bore and stroke were both different at 3.9 by 3.66 in (99 by 93 mm) instead of the usual 4 by 3.48 in (102 by 88 mm) and it featured Lotus-designed 32-valve DOHC heads rather than the usual Chevrolet 16-Valve OHV Heads. It was hand built by specialty engine builder, Mercury Marine in Stillwater, OK.

I don't think you would even be able to fit an LT5 into an 4th gen engine bay. I might be able to sell it for a profit, though.

I'll sell you my motor. I'll take a partial trade on the lt5 to ease the burden on your wallet too.
