Default engine coolant drain plug

I cannot find a new drain plug anywhere. I was wondering if instead could i use a 3/8 national pipe thread with sealant? Thank you.

Look on the bottom edge of the radiator it should be on the bottom left or right side where the plastic and aluminum meet. It is a plastic peacock you twist out by hand or carefully with a vise grip if it is corroded badly. Should be fairly obvious if you lay under your car with a flashlight. Welcome

I don't think he's stating he can't find its' location on the radiator, looks like he's trying to find a replacement.
GM # 52461346-common to many GM vehicles.
Dorman # 61136-available at Advance,Autozone,ORielly.
No,you can't use a pipe plug which has a taper thread, the drain valve has a straight thread.

Not the drain **** for the radiator. It is on the actual engine block on the drivers side. Block drain plug i believe is the tech name.
