I just help pick my g/f out a car. Its a 97 SS with 54,562miles. I want it to be a low 12 to high 11 second street car. Is that possible. If so what kinda parts would be needed thanx.

Its possible but its gonna take some time and $$$. Is the car an A4 or M6? Id start with the boltons and go from there.

then youre gonna need a rear too Actually, a rear with gears, some slicks and a few boltons and you should be in the 12's easily.

For an LT1, Comp cams 306 cam, pro mag roller rockers, LT4 k/m, all the bolt-ons, programming by PCMforless, and definately a strong rearend and d/s...11's easy and very streetable in a M6

Also, depending on your states emissions, do the OBD I conversion if you can.
