Hey guys,

I figured I would try this here and see if anyone knows the answer. I am finishing my lq4 swap into my 97 z28 and have a connector coming from the factory driver side harness (headlight harness) that I can't figure out. I'm pretty sure I won't even be using this connector but I still want to identify it first to make sure. It branches off the drivers side harness as soon as it comes through the firewall into the engine bay. Does anyone know what this went to, or can anyone maybe look on there LT1? Thanks.

My thought is traction control. Was that on the old LT1?

Thanks for the reply! Yea the car did have traction control in the past. I have already deleted the cruise control and ABS which are both on the drivers side engine bay. Can anyone confirm this is the wire and connector going to traction control module?

I'm 99% sure it is. That's the only 2 pin connector I can think of in that area that would come off the headlight harness. My old 96 Z28 had traction control and I ditched the stupid servo over the valve cover, but it's been a few years so I can't remember exactly what the connector looked like.

Here are the last two connectors I can not identify. These two are near the ABS module but did not connect to it because I already deleted all the connections going into ABS module. These are also branching off from the headlight harness. Anyone know what these went to?

The right one is part of the AIR pump. The left is the old AIR pump solenoid left over from the recall. Both unused if your AIR pump is gone.
