"Sewing Machine" valve train noise normal?

"Sewing Machine" valve train noise normal? I had a bunch of loose rockers because I did not tighten the locks enough the first time.... When I reset the lash I went to zero lash. Then turned the poly lock 1/2 turn. After this I tightened the set screw as much as I could. Then took the whole unit and gave it another 1/8th turn. I fired it up and got the oil to warm up and they still have some valve train noise. Not the slight tap sound it had before. It now sounds like a uniform typewriter/sewing machine sound. Is this normal? Almost sounds like the typewriter sound a duramax engine makes. I'm thinking about switching to 5w40 synthetic to quiet it down a bit (have been reading a lot and it seems like a lot of people like the thicker oil).
"Sewing machine" has been used many times here to describe a healthy sound for roller rockers. As long as the sound is uniform and there are no distinct taps it seems as though you did right. Post up a vid if you'd like.

The video almost seems to make it sound worse than it actually is. I put the microphone directly on top of the valve cover almost. I'm thinking about going 3/4 of a turn instead of the 1/2. Maybe the 5w40 will help though.

I don't hear anything unusual. No reason to go any tighter than 1/2 turn. If it is really bothering you what I would suggest doing is adjusting them while the car is running. If you don't know how, shoebox's website has a how to section:
