I drive to a location park the car then the fuel pump doesen't have any power. I have changed the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, and main fuse?

How did you come to the conclusion it's the fuel pump? Do you have a fuel pressure gauge hooked up?

Have someone grab a mallet or dead blow hammer. Try turning over the car while someone hammers on the tank. It should turn over.
