icm probs
OK so I traced a no start problem down to my ignition my car had spark and had OK fuel pressure and still wouldn't start and the a saw on a forum that the icm can fire but not at the proper time so I found an icm laying around I believe from a blazer but I could be wrong but after putting it on the car fired right up but the problem is. Is that the car idled at 900rpm and after about 3 times starting the car and letting it idle for about 5min the car died again and won't restart I even tried putting a new coil that I had around on and had no spark coming from it
Now my question is why am I burning up icm's I have the grounds grounded to the icm and coil bracket should they be grounded to the bracket or to the head and also can the icm cause a high idle the only vacuum lines I've messed with is the fpr and the opti vacuum lines but I know I have those all back together
