Strange 1-Way Adjustable Struts Setting Recommendation

Finishing up the front suspension on my car and was wondering what the recommended setting for Strange 1 way adjustables were. The front has 300lb springs, tubular upper and lower control arms, and no front sway bar. Looking for the best setting for drag racing btw and also whats the recommended next best setting for racing with a lessened compromise in driveability.
