LE1 setup... Hey guys, just wanted to share a quick vid I made of my 95 Z28 with a Lloyd Elliot LE1 package on it. I had a rocker arm issue, but threw some ultra pro mags on it over the weekend and it's all good. This is what the most mild setup Lloyd offers sounds like..

With the a/c blasting, it hasn't stalled once, but any lower on the idle, I think I'd have problems. We also don't have a dyno, or anyone that can tune over here, sucks!

Rather have the drive ability, and good vacuum. This is actually the wife's dd, lol. I actually want it mild, and to drive like stock, which it pretty much does, just with another 150hp give or take a few...

Yeah, the higher idle will smooth out the idle a bit and give more sleeper sound. But drivability should not suffer from a change in idle, that's separate tables. The difference with vacuum is negligible, but it is more with a lower rpm. My idle is set to 850, no issues.
I have to say, for a cam this small with barely any duration, the thing pulls really hard, especially at the top of 2nd.

.535/.531 (w/1.6 rockers) - 218/224 - 111 LSA
This was Lloyds recommendation for a DD and stock converter, and to match up with the stock 3.23 rear axle ratio.
The set-up is pretty much maxed out (on the motor anyway) save for swapping the throttle body for a bigger one...but Lloyd said it probably wouldn't be worth the money for the power I'd get out of it.
Pulls damn hard all the way up to 6500...

Went to college in CA, so it was quite a culture shock. Just went to a wedding in May in soCal, saw more nice cars in one weekend than I see in a whole year on the Big Island.
