Default Help Lean condition

I have a 1996 383 scatlt4 trick flow heads 195cc and 286xfi cam 42lb delphi injectors and 255 wlbro pump fedenza flywheel.

I have a fuel delivery problem the car is not responding in tuning in high rpms it doesnt get rich it stays lean, while on low rpms and idle its fine.

I tested the fuel pressure line 43psi on idle and on full throttle its 43psi.

Please help
Thankyou

Are you using the stock FPR and ECM? If so, the FPR is not working right or not hooked up to vacuum. This would cause it to add more fuel at lower kPa. Your 42LB injectors are flowing more than 42lbs at idle (somewhere around 47lbs), but at high rpm they are flowing 42lbs. This is throwing your fueling off.

I would recommend going back to the stock fuel pressure regulator. I've read several bad experiences with aftermarket FPR units. I'm not sure you are doing anything that would really necessitate the need for an aftermarket FPR anyway.
