Hey thanks! Well as far as the compression ratio, I'm not exactly sure. I don't plan on on forced induction. Down the road I may spray it but not anytime soon. So what should it be I guess? And how do I go about making it a certain ratio?
I'd shoot for about 11.2:1 compression ratio if the car's gonna be a daily driver/street/strip......and as high as 12:1 to 12:5:1 cr if it's gonna be more of a race car. Then maybe have LE spec your cam.

FWIW....I'd want the piston to be .005" in the hole (at top dead center) with a head gasket that has a compressed thickness of .030" to .035"....and go from there.
