Dragstrip tomorrow night! Heading up to Ne England dragway in epping NH
First time ever going and I am PUMPED! I just did the TB coolant bypass today which is working like a charm and I recharged my K&N filter.
Im planning on launching around 1500-2000 on the M6
anyone have any final thoughts? I NEED to swing a 13.xx to shut my friend up

The only tip that I have is to relax when you are at the tree. If you get up there and are all crazy, you arent going to launch well and on a relativly stock car, its all in the launch. I would tell you to have fun but you are going to do that no matter what. Get ready to go back because its addicting

Best advice I can give you is to relax. Don't worry about the R/T, just work on your launch. In other words, don't hit it right when the light turns green- make sure you're ready to go before you launch. R/T means little to nothing in time trials- concentrate on driving your car, and getting the best launch you can. Don't even worry about the other guy. Try launching from different RPM each time you run, and see which is best for you.
