Help please car won't start

Help please car won't start I am doing a lt1 conversion in a 67 cutlass. The engine is in the car and I thought I had everything hooked up. My computer is flashed and it won't start. I have power to my injectors. There is a relay hooked up to my b body tank setup that I am using. It use to try to turn over but now when I turn the key nothing. My battery is good I am using the stock fuse box. Been stuck for awhile if out have any suggetions I would greatly appreciate it. I have a new optics park with new wires and plugs.

When it does turn over, are you getting injector pulse and spark?
