Hooker Super Comp headers I might trade for a pair of hooker super comp headers.
Any reason not to? I'm trading a laptop i never use for them. I had hooker shorties on my 77 z28 that were great. Just wondering if the quality is still there.
These are supposedly new, but the painted ones.
Just want opinions if i should keep on cruising or snag em up.

This fire chicken isn't for looks. Im actually gonna leave it beat up on the outside, and strip the interior but leave the dash once i get around to finding a good replacement.
So, i don't mind the rust. Won't be any worse looking than my stock manifolds.
My main concern is if the quality is still in the hooker stuff. When i first got into cars 15 years ago, they were the ****.

Best LT header you can buy for the money. There will be no need to bang in floor pans or primaries or notch k-members like some other brands. You may have to grind down the transmission crossmember bolt heads on the drivers side just a touch, but that's it.

I meant rust in terms of after a few years of use they can rust through cause exhaust leaks, causing lots of troubles. But I had painted pacesetters for a year and they did find till they finally did rust through. Hooker is probably better quality than pacesetter as we'll.
