95 camaro lt1 sputtering

95 camaro lt1 sputtering so my lt1 is puttering every once in awhile only when warmed up and when it sputters it jerks the car like crays the check engine light comes on but no codes and then it go off after 20 secs and it stops sputtering for about ten mins. i unpluged the maf while it was puttering to see if it was a sensor in closed loop but it did the same thing in open loop. it has lt4 cam headers exhaust msd opti 373 gears if that matters new fuel filter new plugs and wires new o2 sensors someone help

That would be the first thing I'd do. That and look for stored codes.
