Procharger on craigslist

Saw this on Craigslist, offered him $100 like the troll I am, he politely declined, but figured I'd pass it on and ask a few questions here since he doesn't know much about it.

What is this? The D365 looks like just a California emissions thing, and the 42841 looks like a serial number. Is it a d1sc, p1sc, how old is it? Looks different than the new ones. How much would it cost for the rest of the pieces?

Judging by size compared to oil pan I think its the D1. The old ones have strait fins and require engine oil instead of being "self contained" like the newer D1-SC.
