Ive been out of the LT1 world awhile but im pretty sure that was one of those mods that you only benefited from if you were pushing some serious air. Plus if I remember correctly they were pretty expensive, so guys felt the Dollar to Hp ratio wasn't worth it. Though if you choose to get a 52mm I doubt it will hurt power.

I would look for a vacuum leak like the opti vent or a rolled edge on the ducting etc.

From like 0 mph to 45mph its shakes while accelerating

you have been working on the car swapping TB's, double check you have everything connected correctly....and did you put the TPS sensor back on right?
