Default LT1 Fuel Return

Could I use an LS1 Corvette filter/pressure regulator and eliminate the return line on a 1996 LT1?

If you got it tuned for that rail pressure, I don't see why not. Tune may also need changing from the 1:1 ratio FP to a set FP.

Sorry for the delay. Could you explain this a little farther.

The LS1 vette setup is set for 55psi, and it will not rise/fall with engine vac. Whereas your current LT1 PCM operates off of a fuel reg set to base pressure of ~40psi that will change pressure based on engine vac.
