Default Weird misfire

So I've got my IAC and EGR issues resolved, but now I'm having a misfire issue that got worse yesterday. Previously I would notice it at low rpm (in OD) and just giving it light/moderate throttle, and would sometimes continue up to higher rpms. It almost felt like the trans was slipping. But yesterday on the way home from work it felt like a definite misfire all the way home. Seems likely to be an ignition issue, so maybe opti, ICM, plugs, or wires. The opti, wires, and ICM all have around 30k on them and were part of my old setup. The plugs are NGK BR7EF gapped to 0.035". I'm wondering if the plugs are fouling because they are too cold for everyday driving. I wish the thing would throw a code so I could track down which cylinder(s) it is. Any suggestions on how to track this down?

Seems like new plugs/wires would be a good place to start.
