Default 97 Z28 long start, system lean

Hey everyone! My daily driver has taken a turn towards PITA. Its a 97 Z28 M6 with 114k miles. For the last month or two the car has been taking some extra cranking time to get started. I'll have to crank it over off and on for a good solid minute to get it going. Once the car is going and warmed up it will start just fine, but sometimes will run very rough until I get it out on the road for a few moments. More recently I have been getting a CEL for system being too lean. The cel pops up maybe every few days.

I had done plugs and wires on the car 6 months ago. It wasn't till months later that I started having the problems so I am fairly confident it's unrelated.

Any ideas on what could be causing my problems?

I'd check fuel pressure, might be a clogged filter or weak pump
