Default Check These Prices For Rear End (Car Will Be Done Monday)

Hey guys, lets get right to it.

First question - with the TA cover do I need different endlinks I went with the energy suspension stock replacements; on the two post lift it doesn't seem to hit at all and they are going to lower it down and see if it hits before I order new endlinks. I am lowered on bilsteins and stranos.

Parts to be installed / services done:

- Motive orange box performance 373 gears

- TA performance cover + stud kit

- Ratech solid pinion spacer (OUT OF ROUND, was pure junk; used crush sleeve instead)

- Richmond mega ring and pinion install kit

- UMI transmission relocation crossmember with new grade-8 bolts and grade-8 washers

- UMI transmission adjustable torque arm + new grade-8 nylon locking nuts in addition to the supplied locking / splits washers

- Alignment on front and rear with pinion angle adjustment + LCA adjustment + PHB adjustment all done on the alignment rack

- Energy suspension front end links done (2.875in for the front and the rear)

- Axle spindles behind brake caliper sand blasted and powder coated

- Rear endlink attachment bracket on body sand blasted and power coated

- Bump stop stock spacer sand blasted and powder coated

- All new hardware is grade-8, all UMI bolts for LCAs and PHB are upgraded to 1/2, the bolts with the kits were smaller then the inside diameter of the rotor and poly ends.

** Everything now has the grade-8 bolts + grade-8 washers + grade-8 nylon locking nuts.

Few things the solid pinion was junk, was not even all the way around but the shims were. Installer showed me and we tossed it in the trash and used a crush sleeve, it was so out of round.

Invoice for services:

- Set up rear end $594.00

- R and R bracket spindles on axles $49.50

- R and R rear endlink attachment brackets and bump stop spacers $FREE

- Install and adjust the UMI adjustable torque arm $99.00

- Install transmission relocation cross member $99.00

- R and R front sway endlinks $49.50

- Alignment + set pinion angle on torque arm with motor and transmission + align rear all up $65.00

LABOR TOTAL $956.00

Parts:

1 x Crush sleeve (solid pinion spacer was junk and out of round) $20.00

1 x New GM gear spider pin $55.00

1 x powder coat gloss black brackets + rear sway endlink brackets + bump stop spacers $30.00

1 x assorted grade-8 bolts, grade-8 washers, and grade-8 nuts $30.00

Parts total $135.00

Supplies:

General cleaners etc $15.00

Total I have right now with taxes, fees etc is $1,116.88 he will also be doing the drain and refill after the 500 mile break in period.

He has ordered a new GM drain bolt that is magnetic that will fit the threads for the TA (since there is not a magnet in the TA cover). He will be installing this when we change the fluid out.

Thanks in advance guys.
