ObdII tuning
I've been using Jet DST since '06 and am still using it. Very powerful, but you will want a good data logging setup to go with it. I've been tuning my boosted 383 since fall and the normal driving tune is almost done. Then I will move onto WOT tuning.
I'm using a defunct program that never made it out of beta called MXscan. It's not available for purchase anymore and has only allowed me to tune fueling.
I don't have a good suggestion for a better logging system. I recently bought a cheapo ELM based OBD2 interface device along with the app called Torque Pro to hopefully do some logging for spark timing since MXscan doesn't work for that. Hopefully others can chime in on what has worked for them.

Have you considered going OBD1 and using EEHACK and Tunerpro?

I'm using ScanXL Pro with the GM enhanced parameters. I also have Autotap with GM enhanced parameters.
As Autotap is no more(and has a problem with displaying one of the LTFTs), grab the ScanXL Pro package with the GM enhanced parameters(with usb cable.....wireless is sloooooow).
I've got some posts on it in the latter half of this thread.....
