Default No start

I have a 97 Camaro Z28 30th Anniversary Edition. I need as much insight as possible my car will not start and I have no gauges at all even if you turn the lights on there's nothing. The radio and the fuel pump come on but that is it I checked the starter and found that it was bad so I bought a new one after I replaced it and went to try and turn it over I still got no gauges and no start radio and fuel pump came on but that's it. I just replaced the security relay still nothing. Please help

I had this issue with my old 01 camaro, turned out the VATS chip in the key was broken and the resistance was way off and it wouldnt allow the car to start. Most dealers have a device that can test the resistance on the chip, if you know what vats code your car is programmed with you can google what resistance it is supposed to be at and check the key with a multimeter.

good luck!
