93 camaro missing pins?

So my cousins 93 camaro lt1 had a code so I tried reading it using the paper clip method but it turned out that it was missing the pins needed to retrieve the codes. What should be my next step to get the code?

Post a picture of the DLC. Not sure why anyone would ever want to modify it. What pins were you trying to use?

Use the two on the right, upper row. That doesn't look modified to me if that picture is of his plug.
