Default Vent Tube

Anybody have a source for a new steam vent tube for a 95 Impala SS? The E-bay ones look more used than the one I have and another site wants 160 bucks for one!!

I got mine cleaned out but ordered the one from Rick's any way because they send bolts and gaskets. I'll finish the detailing of the old one and sell it. The Gorillas that remove these motors delight in cutting and mauling all the accessories that they can!

FWIW I cancelled the order from Rick's, there was a Dec 28th ship date and that was TBD. Guess another LT1 part is becoming scarce...

You can use barb fittings and hose for less than $ 15 and have a new line. There are many options, just search lt1 steam line.

I already have, and I can go back with the original, just wanted new, Be careful putting straight through fitting on this, the factory fittings are orificed to restrict flow. I did find out tho that GM still has the gasket-washer in stock. There is a lot of controversy over this part, some folks say just block them off, others run elaborate homemade set-ups(better than nothing IMO) but I figure if GM spent the time and money on this goofy set-up they had a reason sooo I'm going to go with the manufacturer on this.
